The Overview is the first page you see in the planner. It says how many days you have left, how many vendors are booked and how many guests have replied. Under that is Your plan, step by step: everything a wedding needs, in the order it usually gets done. The Overview is free on every plan. The AI assistant is free for 15 questions a month, and makes it unlimited ($14.99 a month or $129 a year).

Your plan, step by step

The steps sit in six groups: Foundation, The place, The people, You two, Paper & guests and The final stretch. The bar at the top fills as steps are settled, for example “7 of 19 settled”. A settled step turns green and shows what you chose, like “Booked — The Stone Barn”. The step to work on now is marked Next. A red Book now means the wedding is closer than the time couples usually book that vendor. A caterer, for example, is usually booked about nine months ahead. The steps fill in from what you already do in the planner. Booking a vendor, adding guests or setting your budget moves them forward, so there’s nothing to tick off by hand.

Open a step

Tap any step to open it. Where you are shows how far along it is, from idea to booked to paid, with the facts the planner knows, such as who you’re talking to and what it costs. Next action lists what is done and what is still needed, with one sentence on what to do about it.
Each open step has buttons that take you where the work is: browse that kind of vendor, Open budget, or Open guest list. Not doing something? We don’t need this greys the step out, and a step your venue already covers has Our venue covers this. With , a vendor step also offers See your matches, your best-matched vendors for that category.

Talk it through

Every open step has Talk it through. It writes a question about that step for you, using what the planner already knows, such as your venue and your guest count. The assistant shows it to you first. Tap Send, or Edit first to change it.

The question is written for you. Nothing is sent until you tap Send.

Opening a step never uses one of your free questions. Only tapping Send does.
